At the 2nd International Congress of Speleology in Artificial Cavities “HYPOGEA” , held in March in Cappadocia, Turkey, the Bulgarian Caving Society applied to organize the 3–rd edition of the Congress in 2019. Just two days ago, the Commission of Artificial Caves of the International Speleological Union have informed us that our proposal was adopted so Bulgaria will host the Congress and will provide a platform for researchers artificial cavities from all over the world. By the mid of coming May, all details about the organization of the Congress will be brought to the attention of all interested of this topic.
